PHA METAL provides comprehensive custom metal machining based on technical drawings or sketches. We manage the entire production process – from documentation preparation and 3D programming to final manufacturing and product delivery.
Our in-house production includes CNC milling, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, and welding. This enables us to manufacture individual components, prototypes, and small series reliably in one place. We ensure consistent quality, repeatable results, and technical support throughout the entire process.
CNC Milling
Precise 3- and 4-axis milling of metals and technical materials. Suitable for prototypes, individual parts, and small series that require accurate dimensions, a stable process, and repeatable quality.
Laser Cutting
We process steel, stainless steel, and aluminium based on DXF/DWG documentation, ensuring clean cuts, reliable quality, and fast turnaround across various material thicknesses.
Sheet Metal Bending
Machine bending of sheet metal up to 4000 mm in length with a pressing force of 120 t. Suitable for custom metal structures, supports, enclosures, and other technical components.
Welding
