CNC Milling

Precise custom machining of metals and technical materials

CNC milling is a computer-controlled machining process in which a cutting tool precisely shapes metals and technical materials based on your drawings. The process enables accurate and repeatable production of both simple and more complex shapes, from individual parts to small series.

At PHA METAL, we perform 4-axis milling on a working area of 3000 × 2000 mm, enabling the machining of larger parts as well as precise production of complex 2.5D and 3D geometries. For each project, we prepare a 3D model or CAM program as required, and adapt the process to the material, geometry, and required tolerances. This ensures high dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and stable quality for individual parts and small series.
